Funabashi City Influenza Vaccine and COVID-19 Vaccine for the Elderly

Starting from October 1st, the influenza vaccine and COVID-19 (Coronavirus) vaccine for the elderly will be available. It is also possible to receive both vaccines at the same time. If you have the health questionnaire sent by the city (mainly for those aged 65 and above), please bring it with you. No reservation is required. Residents of other cities in Chiba Prefecture can also receive the vaccine with the health questionnaire from their own city, so please bring it with you.”
